Description
I am running the QCWrapper/QC with the following command (latest versions, 3145):
src/qcWrapper.py --conf=qc.conf --version v20110518
and I get the following error message:
...

I did have moderate success with a previous version of data (which I called v20110322) although it did fail on one case in a similar manner.
I am running on a unix system
uname -a
Linux vayu2 2.6.32.29-1.8.5a #1 SMP Wed Feb 23 15:57:50 EST 2011
